“Even though you can’t see them at all…A person’s a person, no matter how small.”

Today was a beautiful day…the sun was shining, it was WARM (well, 50+ degrees), but I loved it! It was a little hint of all the spring that is to come! I hope it’s that warm next week on Easter! That would be awesome!

Anyway, tonight I went and saw “Horton Hears a Who”, which I was super excited to see! And…it definitely lived up to its expectations! I am sure I read the book when I was younger, but it has been awhile, but I remembered the message, and what a great message to portray in a movie…especially today. I mean, for the most part kids movies aren’t too bad, but I don’t often see them because they are so predictable. But this movie carried a message for EVERYONE! Plus, it was funny, there were some great comedic voices, and nothing beats sitting in a theatre listening to little children laugh around you!

  1. The scene where all the whos made a lot of noises to be heard brought tears to my eyes. Part of it was because of the amazing music, but it was also because of the beautiful message, they’re trying hard to stay alive. A person’s a person, no matter how small.🙂
