Photo challenge
So here and there I have seen photo challenges. I had one friend who took 365 pictures, one for each day of the year. I am not ready to commit to that, nor is it really what I am looking for. But what about a week or a month?
I know the saying “A picture is worth 1000 words” and I’ve always been the one to lean towards writing the words rather than taking a picture.
But I envy those who have that visual gift. They see something in the world that is easier for me to convey through the weaving of words. I want to challenge myself to view the world differently. What do images communicate? How do they move people and why?
So, in the near future I want to do a photo challenge, but I need your help…
1) How long? A week or a month? (Since this is my first one, 30 days is my limit).
2) What kind of theme? (I’ve seen color themes and themes related to a holiday of some sort). I would like to do this in the month of January, (not as a resolution), just as a new challenge. Really, the sky’s the limit (which is why your opinion is greatly appreciated)!
So, comment and let me know what you think!
